DIFFERENCE B/W TORQUE AND MOMENT

There is no difference at all b/w Torque and Moment. Well, OK, there is a difference. One can experience the moment of a quantity that is not a force. But when the quantity considered is a force then the picture turns the moment to torque. Torque refers only to the case where the thing, you are taking a moment of, happens to be a force.
Torque is the moment of a force. But for simplicity "moment of a force" is just shortened to "moment." Its the point from where this dilemma creeps in.
